Position Overview

Our client is seeking an innovative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead their online presence strategy. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. You will create compelling content, monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies to achieve marketing objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, will be key to success. Experience with paid social advertising, influencer marketing, and community management is highly desirable. This is a hybrid role that offers a unique blend of in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility. Location: San Antonio, Texas, US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and customer engagement opportunities.
  • Analyze social media campaign performance, generating regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive brand interactions.
  • Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and platform updates.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management.
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and web traffic metrics.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Experience with paid social advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is essential.
