This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on structured procurement review, vendor evaluation, sourcing workflow analysis, contract documentation, supplier scorecard assessment, renewal review, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will apply their procurement and vendor management expertise to review realistic sourcing scenarios, evaluate requirements and risk factors, prepare structured written outputs, and support accurate, evidence-based procurement workflow tasks. Key Responsibilities Professionals in this role may contribute to Sourcing & Vendor Due Diligence • Review procurement scenarios involving RFP responses, supplier shortlists, vendor evaluation, sourcing criteria, and due diligence workflows • Evaluate RFP responses against defined rubrics, required fields, commercial criteria, and documented selection requirements • Support structured review of vendor due diligence materials, supplier profiles, risk indicators, and sourcing documentation • Identify missing information, vendor risk flags, scoring inconsistencies, and expected procurement review outcomes Contract, SOW & Commercial Review • Review supplier contract scenarios involving commercial terms, SOW structure, pricing models, obligations, issue lists, and negotiation outcomes • Evaluate contract summaries, SOW materials, and negotiation plans against defined requirements and documented business criteria • Support structured review of SaaS pricing models, supplier security review materials, contract issues, and commercial decision workflows • Prepare clear written explanations for procurement and negotiation decisions based on source materials and verifiable criteria Vendor Management & Renewal Analysis • Review vendor management scenarios involving supplier scorecards, defined metrics, calculated totals, performance tracking, renewal analysis, and recommendation workflows • Evaluate vendor scorecards against documented KPIs, service expectations, risk factors, pricing details, and renewal criteria • Support structured review of renewal recommendations, supplier performance summaries, negotiation plans, and vendor management artifacts • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and professional judgment across submitted work Ideal Profile Strong candidates may have • 3+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, supplier management, purchasing, contract management, procurement operations, or related roles • Experience with one or more areas such as vendor due diligence, RFP evaluation, SOW negotiation, supplier contract review, SaaS pricing models, supplier security review, vendor scorecards, renewal analysis, or sourcing strategy • Familiarity with procurement tools such as Coupa, Ariba, Zip, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Oracle Procurement, SAP Fieldglass, Procurify, or similar systems • Comfort reading and preparing procurement artifacts such as RFPs, vendor scorecards, contract summaries, SOWs, negotiation plans, due diligence packets, and renewal analyses • Strong written communication skills and ability to explain procurement decisions clearly • Ability to follow structured instructions and produce evidence-based work Educational Background • A degree or professional background in supply chain management, procurement, business administration, finance, operations management, contract management, economics, or a related field is helpful • Equivalent practical experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract review, supplier diligence, or purchasing workflows is also highly relevant Nice to Have • Experience with SaaS procurement, supplier security review, commercial negotiations, vendor risk management, or procurement tool administration • Familiarity with RFP scoring, SOW structuring, renewal analysis, supplier performance metrics, pricing comparison, or vendor governance • Experience preparing or reviewing RFP materials, vendor scorecards, contract summaries, negotiation plans, supplier risk assessments, or renewal recommendations • Procurement, sourcing, supply chain, contract management, or vendor management certifications are helpful • Strong attention to detail in contract-heavy, scoring-heavy, and documentation-based procurement workflows Why This Opportunity • Apply procurement and vendor management expertise to structured remote project work • Contribute to high-quality sourcing review, vendor evaluation, contract analysis, and renewal assessment workflows • Work on flexible, project-based assignments aligned with your professional background • Use your procurement judgment in a focused, detail-oriented
