Retail Store Shift Lead - Part Time

Print Sales and Services

Responsibility in the Print function to support efficient operation while driving overall store sales.

Operates and assists associates on all equipment within the Print Services Effectively utilizes communication tools to request assistance within the customers throughout the store.

Process merchandise accurately and efficiently, adhering to established procedures, deadlines, and visual merchandising standards.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement plans to reduce waste In partnership with all associates, ensure regular loss Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices; Contribute to increasing sales and profitability through conversion, Average Order Value (AOV), and customer satisfaction improvement initiatives.

Drives positive client satisfaction levels including coaching and training to associates to enhance the customer experience.

Ensuring the safety and security of the building and associates during the absence of the management team.
