Sales Coordinator (7 Month Contract)

The Americas Worldwide Sales Office is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to provide temporary coverage for a 7‑month leave. This role supports two Account Directors and contributes to a global team responsible for generating over $400M in annual revenue across a portfolio of 135 hotels and resorts worldwide. The Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in enhancing sales efficiency, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting business development activities. We are looking for a detail‑oriented team player with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Administrative

  • Manage email and calendar workflows in Outlook.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and invoice processing in Concur.
  • Maintain and update customer profiles in Salesforce.
  • Generate sales reports and extract data from Salesforce, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Prepare and update sales presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Provide virtual meeting support, including scheduling, hosting, and recording sessions in Microsoft Teams.

Sales Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and hotel partners, including managing correspondence during Account Directors’ absence.
  • Enter and track sales activities, traces, and leads, ensuring data accuracy and clear communication with hotel partners.
  • Provide operational and logistical support for customer events, internal meetings, and sales activities.

Marketing Communications

  • Prepare sales presentations and coordinate logistics for customer educational webinars.
  • Analyze reports and conduct market research to support business development initiatives.
  • Manage event surveys and track ROI for all revenue‑generating activities.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative, sales, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Concur, or similar CRM/database platforms preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with reports and data.

Hourly Wage Range: $32 to $35 USD.
