Location: No. 20, Jalan Industri Taming Mas, Pusat Industri Taming Mas, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) | Saturday (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

Salary: RM 2,800 – RM 5,500 + Competitive Commission

Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will be the key driver of our regional growth. This role goes beyond traditional selling; you will act as a consultant for our clients, providing insights into production planning and factory automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Lead Generation: Actively prospect and generate leads for high-end industrial machinery.
  • Consultative Sales: Provide production planning, floor planning, and renovation consultancy to medium and mega-factories.
  • Demonstrations: Conduct professional product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
  • Deal Closing: Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts while negotiating terms to secure profitable deals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and lead pipelines using CRM tools.
Job Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Business.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in sales, preferably within the machinery or industrial sectors.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Language: Trilingual proficiency (English, Malay, and Chinese) is preferred for effective communication with our diverse client base.
  • Attributes: Proactive, independent, and a fast learner with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Mobility: Must be willing to travel for outstation client visits and meetings.
