If you want to build your career selling a technical product that customers genuinely depend on, you'll feel at home here.</p><p><b>The Role</b></p><p>We're hiring a Sales Executive to drive business development and new-logo sales of our enterprise software and process automation technologies into the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and medical device industries.</p><p>This is a role for someone who's equally comfortable talking shop with a QC microbiologist and walking a VP of Manufacturing through ROI. You'll identify emerging customer needs, position MODA's value, and own the full sales cycle — from first conversation to signed deal — partnering closely with our product, technical, and commercial teams to bring tailored solutions to market.</p><p><b>What you'll do</b></p><ul><li>Meet and exceed an assigned quota for new software licenses and professional services revenue</li><li>Own the full sales process — from lead identification to close — for an emerging product technology focused on electronic data management in life sciences manufacturing</li><li>Generate, monitor, and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects, answering technical and commercial questions with confidence</li><li>Keep customer and pipeline data clean and current in Salesforce</li><li>Continuously refine your sales approach to reflect what customers actually care about</li><li>Identify target accounts and decision-makers using the web, social media, industry publications, and third-party data</li><li>Run targeted outreach campaigns, share marketing collateral, and follow up consistently</li><li>Coordinate meetings between prospects and sales engineers or executives</li><li>Partner with Sales and Marketing on industry events and trade shows</li></ul><p><b>About you</b></p><ul><li>Experience selling informatics, analytics, or process automation software platforms into life sciences</li><li>Strong leadership, relationship-building, and negotiation skills</li><li>Confident verbal, written, and presentation skills — you can hold the room with both scientists and executives</li><li>Working knowledge of cGMP manufacturing processes (Cell and Gene Therapy, Biologics, CDMO, Fill/Finish, Upstream/Downstream) and/or QC Microbiology is strongly preferred</li><li>Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) strongly preferred</li><li>Prior experience selling MES, EBR, or LIMS solutions strongly preferred</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Science, IT, or Business</li><li>Native French language skills</li></ul><p><b>What we offer</b></p><ul><li>Competitive medical, dental, and vision coverage</li><li>Retirement plan with company match</li><li>Life insurance and disability/income protection</li></ul><p>STARLIMS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
