<p>Description</p><p>This role serves as a primary administrator within a collaborative team environment, working under guidance from a lead Salesforce administrator. The ideal candidate brings advanced platform expertise, a strong understanding of scalable system design, and hands-on experience implementing complex automation and improving legacy architecture.</p><p><br></p><p>This position is project- and task-focused, executing against a strategic vision. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will regularly work with stakeholders to gather requirements, document business processes, and contribute to solution architecture in a collaborative manner. Their primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality, scalable, extensible implementations that support both current and future business needs.</p><p><br></p><p> </p><p><strong>SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>· Serve as a primary administrator for Salesforce, collaborating closely with another Salesforce administrator for direction, strategy, and architectural review.</p><p>· Design, build, and optimize complex Salesforce Flows and automation to support advanced business processes, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and best practices.</p><p>· Improve legacy development, and existing architectural components by refactoring outdated configurations, workflows, flows, and processes.</p><p>· Implement new system integrations, including data mapping, workflow logic, error handling, and cross-system synchronization requirements.</p><p>· Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, record types, permission sets, profiles, validation rules, page layouts, Lightning apps, and other advanced platform features.</p><p>· Execute and manage project tasks, enhancements, and platform updates based on a defined strategic plan.</p><p>· Support data integrity and quality initiatives, including advanced data loads, data transformations, and ongoing data maintenance.</p><p>· Develop and maintain sophisticated reports and dashboards to support visibility into operations and business performance.</p><p>· Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and document processes in clear, actionable formats.</p><p>· Collaborate with team members to architect improved solutions, ensuring technically sound, extensible, and scalable implementations.</p><p>Requirements</p><p>    </p><p><strong>EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & KNOWLEDGE</strong></p><p><strong>REQUIRED: </strong></p><p>· Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (must hold).</p><p>· Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including designing and deploying complex Flows.</p><p>· Demonstrated experience improving legacy architecture and modernizing Salesforce implementations.</p><p>· Strong understanding of complex workflows, criteria-driven automation, and data relationships.</p><p>· Experience in implementing or supporting integrations between Salesforce and external systems.</p><p>· Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.</p><p>· Proven ability to execute project-based tasks and deliver high-quality technical solutions.</p><p>· Ability to embrace Clearwater’s <strong>CLEAR</strong> core values (<strong>C</strong>ommitment to Client Success, <strong>L</strong>ead with Accountability, Integrity & Collaboration, <strong>E</strong>xcellence in All That We Do, <strong>A</strong>dvance Colleague Success, <strong>R</strong>espect & Transparency) and culture.? </p><p><br></p><p><strong>PREFERRED:</strong></p><p>· Platform App Builder Certification (a plus).</p><p>· Salesforce Certified CPQ Administrator (a plus).</p><p>· Experience administering Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA.</p><p>· Tableau Cloud experience.</p><p>· Experience with sales and marketing automation tools such as SalesLoft or engagement platforms.</p><p>· Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, or LWC helpful but not required.</p><p><br></p><p>  </p><p>The base salary range for this role is $___105,000________ to $__117.000_________. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays, and paid sick time.
