You will not be making sales yourself, instead this role asks you to be deeply involved with your team via guidance, coaching, mentorship, and support.</p><p>You'll lead a team of Account Executives responsible for the full sales lifecycle. Leverage sales engagement tools (Outreach/SalesLoft) and data to optimize sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn.</p></li><li><p><strong>Grow Account & Partner Relationships:</strong> Oversee account management strategies to maximize retention, expansion, and partner satisfaction.</p></li><li><p><strong>Own Forecasts & Pipeline:</strong> Maintain full visibility into team activity and pipeline health.
