This position is responsible for overseeing opportunity workflows, supporting client engagement logistics, and maintaining compliance with internal processes to drive efficient sales execution. How will you make an impact:</p><p></p><p>You will enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer by helping our clients and sponsors to understand how our clinical development service offering enables them to deliver life-changing therapies to their patients more quickly.</p><p></p><p><b>What will you do: </b></p><ul><li><p>Coordinate with administrative support teams to organize and schedule client meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently</p></li><li><p>Enter and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and new sales opportunities in Salesforce (SFDC), tracking progress through the full lifecycle to award Enter and manage Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring timely updates and completion throughout the lifecycle</p></li><li><p>Partner with Legal to coordinate the review, processing, and oversight of contractual documents, including MSAs, amendments, and other agreements • Manage and coordinate high-priority authorizations, ensuring timely handling and escalation when necessary</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce (SFDC) data to support forecasting and reporting needs</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain reporting and tracking mechanisms for sales opportunities within SFDC How will you get here</p></li></ul><p><b>Education</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)</p></li><li><p> 3+ years of experience in sales support, coordination, or a similar role</p></li><li><p> Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM systems</p></li><li><p> Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities</p></li><li><p> Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills</p></li><li><p>High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b> Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Strong business understanding and knowledge of contract terms/processes; experience working with legal or contract management</p></li><li><p>Experience preparing and reviewing client-facing documents and proposals</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline reporting</p></li><li><p>Ability to build reports and dashboards within Salesforce</p></li><li><p>Skilled in managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously</p></li><li><p>Flexibility and willingness to travel to accomplish assigned goals.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones</p></li><li><p>Self-directed with ability to work independently and as part of a team</p></li><li><p>Professional approach and demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Working Conditions and Environment:</b></p><ul><li><p>Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.</p></li><li><p>Travel, both domestic and international.</p></li><li><p>Interaction with clients/associates required.</p></li><li><p>Long varied hours required occasionally.</p></li><li><p>Frequently interacts with others, relates sensitive information to diverse groups both internally & externally.</p></li><li><p>Requires multiple periods of intense concentration.</p></li><li><p>Performs a wide range of complex tasks as dictated by variable demands and changing conditions</p></li><li><p>Ability to perform under stress.
