Customer Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers
  • Empathize both Connecting + Customer Engagement to build strong, trust-based relationships through responsiveness and reliability
  • Understanding of customer challenges, identify & implement streamline processes leading to improve customer experience
  • Drive a client-focused, results-oriented approach to consistently meet customer needs while promotomg service excellence across the organisation

Shipment Coordination & Execution

  • Good team collaboration, supporting function to Sales - BDM/ NAM to jointly develop strong Client Relationships + Account Retention
  • Manage end-to-end shipment processes (Air, Ocean, and Cross-border where applicable)
  • Accuracy of Shipping Documentation, R/O, and compliance to shipping regulations and SOPs.
  • Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure timely execution, monitoring shipment milestones and on-time delivery
  • Own & Resolve all shipment disruptions, customer issues/complains etc., by acting swiftly, coordinating across stakeholders for Resolution, Corrective/ Preventive measures as well as continuous service improvement

Sales Management Support

  • To prepare account statistics, reportings, QBR meetings etc., for assigned customers
  • To support local sales growth initiatives (Trade/ Exibitions/ Sales Campaign etc., where applicable)
  • To perform Ad-hoc duties or projects assignment by Head of Department, HoS.

Job requirements

  • Min 3 - 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Customer Service or Sales/ Commercial Support Role related
  • Strong knowledge of Air, Ocean, Cross-border both Operations & Processes end-to-end
  • Proven ability to manage hight shipmenmt volumes with accuracy & consistency
  • Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated experience in handling demanding service expectation within a fast-paced logistics
  • Possess excellent communication skills both written & verbal in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office - Outlook 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Analytical skills with experience on Freight Management Systems, CRM, Performance Reportings will be an advantage
