The successful candidate will oversee the daily management of the Salesforce system, develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, conduct custom analyses, and support the implementation and integration of Salesforce within the organization. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, ensure data quality, and provide insights that drive data-driven decision-making processes.  This position is contract until mid-December, 2026 with a possibility of contract extension.</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt"><br></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt"><span style="font-weight: bold">Roles and Responsibilities</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">System Administration:</span></p> <ul> <li>Perform day-to-day Salesforce system administration, including user management, permissions, profiles, role hierarchy, and security settings.</li> <li>Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes to meet evolving business needs.</li> <li>Build and maintain automations using Flows, Process Builder, and other declarative tools to improve operational efficiency.</li> <li>Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure platform stability.</li> <li>Manage data imports, exports, and data loader processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to data governance standards.</li> <li>Monitor system usage and adoption, proactively identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and improve user experience.</li> <li>Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and changes to support transparency and continuity.</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">System Implementation & Integration</span></p> <ul> <li>Assist in implementing and integrating the Salesforce system within the organization.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data and process requirements for new features or enhancements.
