Work You'll Do

  • Support SAP implementation and transformation efforts, including hands-on participation in SAP S/4HANA programs and ECC-to-S/4 modernization initiatives.
  • Configure SAP functionality to enable business process requirements and support fit-to-standard adoption where appropriate.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to document requirements, assumptions, risks, issues, and key decisions across the implementation lifecycle.
  • Prepare for and support process design workshops, helping guide stakeholders toward standardized processes and SAP leading practices.
  • Collaborate with integration and data teams on interface design considerations, conversion dependencies, and data migration planning for complex ERP programs.
  • Develop, maintain, and/or govern core implementation deliverables such as solution design documents, configuration rationale, test scripts, cutover inputs, deployment readiness materials, and status updates.
  • Support integrated testing activities, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate end-to-end functional requirements.
  • Contribute to cutover planning, deployment support, and stabilization activities to help drive smooth implementation outcomes.
  • Operate effectively in regulated environments by incorporating controls, audit readiness, compliance, and documentation expectations into functional design and delivery activities.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
  • 2+ years experience in a combination of the following areas:
    • Working in regulated environments with strong understanding of ERP controls, audit readiness, and compliance expectations
    • Producing and/or governing core implementation deliverables (e.g., solution/design documentation, configuration rationale, test artifacts, cutover plans, deployment readiness materials)
    • Documenting requirements, assumptions, risks, issues, and decisions across functional and technical teams
    • Supporting integrated testing activities (e.g., Unit, SIT, UAT, etc.) for functional business process requirements
  • 1+ years experience delivering SAP implementations, including hands-on participation in SAP S/4HANA transformations
  • 1+ years experience with direct configuration experience in SAP S/4 HANA and/or ECC
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • Active Secret clearance
  • Experience supporting DoD, and/or U.S. Federal civilian agencies on ERP modernization programs

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,400 to $148,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
