Work you'll do/Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed.

  • Maintain and govern SAP Material Master data for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods, ensuring accuracy across manufacturing, planning, procurement, and inventory processes.

  • Partner with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to create, update, and validate material attributes such as BOM-relevant fields, MRP views, plant/storage data, units of measure, and product hierarchy.

  • Support manufacturing operations by resolving master data issues, improving data standards and workflows, and ensuring material setup enables accurate production planning, costing, and reporting.

  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.

Qualifications

Required

  • 6+ years of SAP MM experience with Manufacturing Industries/projects.

  • Good understanding of integration between ECC modules.

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products

  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision

    The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $115,000 to $145,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
