License(s): Current State of California Massage Certification/License or County of Riverside License accepted Education/Training: Minimum 500 hours training from an accredited massage school (for part time and full time positions.) Experience: 1-2 years’ experience as a massage therapist preferred 1-2 years’ experience in guest service or hospitality setting preferred Essential Duties &

Responsibilities Include but not limited to: Support and positively participate in, in-house continuing education, training and meetings Provide all services offered at Glen Ivy Hot Springs, some exceptions may apply unless in-house training is provided Customize services to guest needs and preferences Maintain cleaning and disinfecting procedures Provide after care instructions to each guest and include a minimum of one suggestion of retail product Maintain a flexible work schedule Keep a positive attitude Complete all tasks and duties in a timely and consistent manner Provide each guest with their full service time or communicate and receive an agreement from the guests if this is not feasible Follow protocols to ensure that the product and linen cost matches the cost per treatment as designed Attend department pre-shift meeting to obtain company information and department details Participate in daily stretching at pre-shift meetings Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times Be in compliance with all uniform and appearance standards prior to clocking in for the day This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts, or working conditions associated with this job.
