This role will drive alignment between organizational OKR’s, product roadmaps, and feature deliverables to ensure measurable business impact.</p> <p></p> <p></p><p><br></p><b>Role And Responsibilities</b><ul> <li> Design, develop, test, and ship production‑grade software across backend services and front‑end <br>   applications.</li> <li> Build and operate cloud‑native solutions in AWS with a focus on reliability, scalability, and <br>   performance.</li> <li> Develop and maintain backend services primarily in .NET/C#.</li> <li> Contribute to Angular front‑end development, including component design and API integration.</li> <li> Implement and support CQRS patterns, separating command and query responsibilities where <br>   appropriate.</li> <li> Design and work with event‑sourced systems, including events, projections/read models, and system <br>   evolution over time.</li> <li> Use MongoDB and OpenSearch to support application persistence, projections, and search capabilities.</li> <li> Leverage AI-assisted coding tools (including Copilot CLI, Claude Code, Codex) to: <br>            o Accelerate feature delivery <br>            o Refactor and improve existing code <br>            o Generate and improve tests <br>            o Support documentation </li> <li> Actively develop and manage agent-driven coding workflows, where multiple AI agents are used to <br>   build, test, and iterate on features in parallel</li> <li> Continuously refine code through AI feedback loops, using iterative prompting, validation, and <br>    improvement cycles.</li> <li> Validate and audit AI-generated code for accuracy, security, and maintainability, applying strong <br>   engineering judgment and testing discipline.</li> <li> Establish and maintain guardrails, validation patterns, and review processes to ensure safe and reliable <br>   use of AI-generated output.</li> <li> Context switch effectively across multiple parallel workstreams and AI agents, maintaining clarity on <br>   feature ownership, dependencies, and outcomes</li> <li> Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and fellow engineers to deliver high‑quality outcomes.</li> <li> Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.</li> <li> Ensure security, compliance, and quality considerations are embedded in every layer of the stack</li> <li> Mentor and support other engineers as needed through pairing, feedback, and knowledge sharing. </li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Qualifications</b><ul> <li> Strong experience building and maintaining production software systems.</li> <li> Full-stack development with strong backend (.NET/C#) and frontend (Angular) capabilities</li> <li> Demonstrated, hands-on experience implementing CQRS and event sourcing patterns in production <br>   systems.</li> <li> Proficiency with AWS services (EC2/ECS/EKS, S3, IAM, Lambda, RDS/DynamoDB, etc.).</li> <li> Working experience with MongoDB and search technologies such as OpenSearch.</li> <li> Demonstrated, day‑to‑day use of AI‑assisted coding tools to deliver real software—not just <br>   experimentation.</li> <li> Ability to clearly explain how you validate, test, and take ownership of code.</li> <li> Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. </li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Preferred Skills</b><ul> <li>Production experience with CQRS and event sourcing.</li> <li>Familiarity with domain‑driven design concepts such as aggregates, commands, events, and projections.</li> <li>Experience modernizing systems toward event‑driven or CQRS‑based architectures.</li> <li>Experience working in healthcare, fintech, or compliance-driven environments is a plus.</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Mental And Physical Demands</b><div> <div> <div> <div data-qa="posting-requirements"> <div> <ul> <li style="list-style-type: revert;">This position will be exposed mainly to an indoor office environment and will be expected to work in or around computers and printers.</li> <li style="list-style-type: revert;">The nature of the work is sedentary, and the employee will be sitting most of the time.</li> <li style="list-style-type: revert;">Essential physical functions of the job include typing and the repetitive motion to utilize computer software and hardware continuously throughout the day.</li> <li style="list-style-type: revert;">Essential mental functions of this position include concentrating on analytical tasks, reading information, and verbal/written communication to others continuously throughout the day.</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div> <div> </div> </div> <br> </div><p><br></p><b>Related Duties As Assigned</b><ul> <li style="list-style-type: revert;">This job description documents the general nature and level of work but is not intended to be a comprehensive list of activities, duties, or responsibilities required for this position.
