This role delivers data-driven insights to inform decision-making, drive revenue growth, and enhance operational efficiency.<br /> In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, New York City, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.<br /> About The Team | The Team and/or Brand:<br /> The Revenue Strategy team is a dynamic group of 14 individuals based across New York City, Des Moines, and remote locations. We specialize in turning complex data into clear, compelling narratives - particularly in support of Sales Leadership and revenue planning. And while we take the numbers seriously, we never forget to have a little fun along the way.<br /> About The Position's Contributions:<br /> Weight % Accountabilities, Actions, and Expected Measurable Results<br /> 25%<br /> • Reporting & Forecasting:<br /> Provide timely daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on pacing, forecasting, and revenue trends. Communicate insights to Sales and Senior Leadership to support data-informed strategy.<br /> • Strategic Planning:<br /> Support annual planning processes including account allocation and revenue goal setting to optimize sales team structure and performance.<br /> 25%<br /> • RFP & Pipeline Insights:<br /> Analyze RFP activity within designated sales verticals to track volume, revenue trends, seasonality, and advertiser needs (e.g., products, data, site alignment, KPIs).<br /> • Win/Loss Analysis:<br /> Develop methodologies to track qualitative deal outcomes.
