JOB DESCRIPTION:

Skills Desired:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in RPA development, with at least 2+ years specifically using Automation Anywhere.
  • Certifications: Automation Anywhere Advanced Certification or Master Certification is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Automation Anywhere A360, IQ Bot.
  • Discovery Bot, SQL, and API integration (REST/SOAP).
  • Languages: Proficient in .NET, C#, Java, or Python.
  • Process Understanding: Strong analytical skills to analyze processes for automation suitability
Responsibilities:
  • Bot Development: Develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions (bots) using Automation Anywhere A360, A2019, or v11.
  • Solution Architecture: Create detailed technical design documents (SDD), identify automation opportunities, and design scalable, reusable RPA frameworks.
  • Control Room Management: Manage bot deployment, scheduling, and monitoring in the Control Room environment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business processes into technical automation workflows.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide production support, troubleshoot, and optimize existing bots for performance improvements.
  • Mentorship: Conduct code reviews and guide junior team members on best practices.
