Senior B2B Outside Sales Representative

Overview:

No Limit Turf, Inc. is seeking a high-performing B2B Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and expand market share across Arizona. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who excels at developing new business, managing key accounts, and building long-term partnerships within the construction and design industries.

You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to in-person meetings, closing, and account growth. While we provide a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, success in this role requires a proactive, relationship-driven approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new B2B opportunities within general contractors, architects, landscape firms, and commercial builders

Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow market presence and revenue within your assigned territory

Client Engagement: Conduct in-person meetings, site visits, and presentations to establish strong relationships and win business

Pipeline Management: Manage and convert inbound leads while consistently generating new opportunities through outbound outreach

Account Growth: Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Sales Execution: Navigate decision-makers, understand project needs, and position No Limit Turf as the preferred partner

CRM & Reporting: Track activity, pipeline, and forecasting accurately using CRM tools

Qualifications:

3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in construction, building materials, landscaping, or related industries

Proven ability to generate new business and close deals in an outside sales role

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client meetings
