We are proud to be a workplace where people thrive by being themselves and are inspired to do their best work every day. Join us!</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>SUMMARY:</p><p>The Senior Director, Data Intelligence, is a senior strategic leader within the Data Operations and Technology organization, responsible for shaping and owning the enterprise data intelligence strategy and serving as a primary point of contact for Senior Leadership Team stakeholders on matters of business intelligence and analytics. This role drives how data-derived insight informs the company’s most consequential decisions, translating complex analytical work into executive-ready narratives that influence strategy, investment, and organizational direction.</p><p></p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p>Tasks may include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Shape, own, and continuously evolve the enterprise data intelligence strategy, aligning the analytical roadmap to organizational priorities and building the strategic investment cases presented to the Senior Leadership Team for alignment and decision.</li><li>Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor to Senior Leadership Team stakeholders, owning the relationship between the Data Intelligence function and executive leadership and ensuring that analytical outputs are surfaced in ways that are relevant, timely, and actionable at the highest levels of the organization.</li><li>Ensure quality, cost-effective, and efficient operations through strong financial management and by identifying opportunities for continuous process and systems improvement.</li><li>Oversee the portfolio of internal and external client reporting and analytics work so that it is delivered on-time and on-budget, transparently managing delivery risks and issues in partnership with business sponsors and business process owners.</li><li>Define and own the metrics framework that communicates the value and impact of the Data Intelligence function to executive stakeholders, ensuring outcomes are visible, defensible, and directly tied to business performance and strategic priorities.</li><li>Lead executive storytelling for the Data Intelligence function, crafting data narratives and senior-facing presentations that translate analytical complexity into clear, decision-ready communications for the Senior Leadership Team and other executive audiences.</li><li>Partner with IT and data owners to ensure that data is properly collected and stored to populate the enterprise data lakehouse underpinning the company’s enterprise analytics solutions.</li><li>Stay up to date on industry trends, technological advances and best practices, progressing proof-of-concept and pilot efforts to support business cases for new investments.</li><li>Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.</li><li><b>Managerial <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Requirements/Responsibilities</span></b></li><li>Position will have management responsibilities. Development, oversight, and direction of departmental staff which may include interviewing, terminations, training, personal growth, retention plans, coaching/performance management, and goal setting.</li></ul><p></p><p>OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:</p><ul><li>Technical acumen and leadership to include developing strategy and vision for a highly technical Data, IT and Analytics team, driving towards success.</li><li>Demonstrated experience as a trusted partner to senior executive stakeholders, including Senior Leadership Team audiences, with the credibility and presence to represent the Data Intelligence function at the highest organizational levels and influence strategic decisions through data.</li><li>Exceptional executive storytelling capability, with a proven track record of translating complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives for Senior Leadership Team and board-level audiences that drive strategic alignment and investment decisions.</li><li>Ability to identify, prioritize and describe relevant caveats and uncertainties in research, analytic projects, including how they relate to the business question and broader strategic priorities.</li><li>Recognized expertise and coach to others on connecting, integrating, and synthesizing analysis into a meaningful “so what” to drive clear strategic recommendations.</li><li>Proven ability to act as a strategic partner with the capacity to quickly establish relationships of trust, credibility, and be seen as a driving partner to internal and external clients.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to adapt register and depth for audiences ranging from technical teams to the C-suite.</li><li>Excellent presentation skills.</li><li>Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to manage priorities and workflow.</li><li>Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.</li><li>Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li><li>Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.</li><li>Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.</li><li>Ability to roll up their sleeves and contribute to analytics and integration work alongside team members.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>REQUIREMENTS:</p><p></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
