Job Description:

  • Lead Digital Media Strategy
  • Develop the holistic paid media strategy across Sportsbook and Casino to drive efficient customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Build integrated media plans aligned to business goals, budgets, and lifecycle performance targets.

  • Own strategy across key channels including paid social, search, programmatic, affiliate, and CTV/OTT.

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in performance media, including paid social, search, programmatic, CTV/OTT, and affiliate.
  • Proven ability to build, execute, and optimize multi-million-dollar media budgets with clear ROI accountability.
  • Strong understanding of LTV, attribution modeling, cohort analysis, and incremental measurement.
  • Experience managing agencies, media partners, DSPs, and attribution/measurement tech.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and present strategies to senior executives.
  • A data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for experimentation and innovation.
  • Experience in a highly regulated or competitive industry is a strong plus.
