Work Schedule Monday – Friday, day shift Job Responsibilities Payer Engagement, Medical Policy & Reimbursement - Lead national and regional payer engagement, including interactions with medical directors and policy decision-makers. - Secure coverage, appropriate reimbursement, and reduce administrative barriers across commercial and government payers. - Translate payer policies, clinical utility expectations, and cost-effectiveness frameworks for internal stakeholders. Market Access Strategy & Leadership - Develop and lead market access strategies aligned with commercial goals and product positioning. - Advice on reimbursement pathways, payer dynamics, and access risks/opportunities across pipeline and in-market tests - Guide coding, coverage, and payment strategy for modern technologies, informing business cases and go/no-go decisions.
