The SDFA will supervise a full office staff which provides important financial services to all FPU students.  Reporting to the VP of Enrollment Management, the SDFA </span></span></span><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="line-height:105%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">has oversight, direction, and management of the University’s federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs, including need-based grants, student loans, work-study, and other sources of financial aid. </span></span></span><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="line-height:105%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">Experience in financial aid and related regulations in non-profit higher education environments is essential, and experience at institutions that include NCAA division I or II models is highly desirable.  The Senior Director must have good organizational and interpersonal skills, along with strengths in verbal and written communication.  The SDFA is expected to have a working knowledge of federal reporting, specifically FISAP, IPEDS, and FVT/GE, as well as A-133 audits, ideally NH state aid programs, and VA benefits.
