Senior Director, VA Product Leader

<p><b><span>Summary</span></b><span>:</span></p><p><span>The Senior Director, VA Product Leader is responsible for leading the strategy, growth, positioning, and execution of the company’s Virtual Assistant (VA) product line. This role serves as the internal subject matter expert and executive owner for the VA offering, partnering closely with sales and leadership teams to expand market presence and drive product innovation.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities</span></b>:</p><ul><li>Lead the strategic direction and development of the Virtual Assistant product line</li><li>Own and manage the product roadmap, lifecycle, and growth initiatives for VA services</li><li>Partner with the sales organization to support client-facing efforts and position VA solutions effectively with enterprise clients</li><li>Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across multiple industry verticals, including mortgage, insurance, and related sectors</li><li>Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning strategies to strengthen product differentiation</li><li>Build and maintain industry relationships within mortgage, insurance, and adjacent financial services markets</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to align product strategy, operational execution, and client outcomes</li><li>Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform product evolution and expansion</li><li>Serve as the primary internal specialist and strategic leader for the VA product offering</li><li>Provide leadership and direction for scaling the VA business across new markets and enterprise accounts</li><li>Comply with all company policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintain regular and punctual attendance.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Other Job Duties and Responsibilities: </span></b></p><p>Performs other related duties as assigned.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Supervisory Responsibilities</span></b><b><span>:</span></b></p><ul><li>This position has direct reports.
