Senior IT Project Manager- Hybrid- Contract to Hire - Columbus, OH - W2 only

Hello! I'm searching for a Lead IT Project Manager to drive enterprise initiatives in a SAFe/Agile environment with a strong focus on AI-driven project delivery and digital transformation.

This is a high-level, portfolio-style role supporting executive leadership and modernizing how projects are managed, tracked, and delivered.

This is a contract to hire role located in Westerville, OH. This job is hybrid with 2-3 days per week required in office. Only local candidates will be considered.

Pay range for this role is $60-70 an hour W2 and it will convert to FTE between $120-135K plus bonus and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise IT projects in a SAFe Agile environment
  • Act as an AI Champion for the IT PMO
  • Leverage AI tools for risk, governance, forecasting, and reporting
  • Build and manage AI-driven dashboards and KPIs
  • Align technology initiatives with business goals and strategy
  • Partner directly with executive leadership on project insights and decisions
  • Drive automation, predictive analytics, and digital transformation efforts

Requirements

  • Strong experience in SAFe / enterprise Agile environments
  • Proven ability to communicate with senior leadership
  • Experience aligning IT projects with business outcomes
  • Exposure to AI tools, analytics, or automation in project delivery
  • Background in program/portfolio-level project management
