Interviews applicants and requests specified information for loan application. Structures credits in a manner consistent with SBA program guidelines. Develops customer relationships through <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">friendly, courteous</span> and responsive service. Promotes Bank's services to current and potential customers <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">through industry-specific</span> trade shows. Compensation may also include annual bonuses and long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policy.
