This role develops and manages a clear technology roadmap and ensures systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs while protecting people, products, and assets. This role sets the long-term vision for asset protection technology at VF. By modernizing platforms, standardizing solutions, and using data-driven insights, this leader enables proactive loss prevention and safer environments across the enterprise.<br><br>Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.<br><br><ul><li> Lead the global strategy for asset protection equipment and technology across VF facilities. </li><li> Manage the end-to-end technology roadmap from assessment through implementation. </li><li> Lead selection, deployment, and lifecycle management of security technologies. </li><li> Establish global standards and governance for AP technology. </li><li> Partner closely with IT to ensure secure system integration and data privacy. </li><li> Manage capital and operating budgets for AP technology programs. </li><li> Lead vendor strategy including RFPs and performance management. </li><li> Monitor emerging technologies and pilot innovative solutions. </li><li> Develop metrics to measure system effectiveness and ROI. </li><li> Support investigations and incident response through reliable technology tools. </li><li> Ability to travel up to 30%. <br><br></li></ul><strong>What do you need to succeed?<br><br></strong>We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day.
