Position Title: Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Data Management & Governance

Location: Dallas, TX | Austin, TX | Ashburn, VA | San Francisco, CA, | Denver, CO | New York, NY

Your Role

Digital Realty is seeking a driven and detail‑oriented CLM Data Management & Governance professional to join its Contract Management team within the global Legal function. This role plays a critical part in advancing contract data initiatives and strengthening the integrity, accuracy, and governance of key business information.

You will partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders—including the Contract Management team, Contract Management BPO, Contract Data Office (CDO), Legal, and Technology—to deliver reliable, scalable data solutions that support informed decision‑making, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.

What You’ll Do

Contract Data Governance

  • Partner with business teams to define and implement contract data governance frameworks, standards, and quality controls
  • Support CLM data governance to ensure data consistency, compliance, and accuracy across systems
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity; identify and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with the Contract Management team
  • Assist in the development and rollout of minimum viable products (MVPs) for data governance and management
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of AI‑driven data scraping, automation, and data quality solutions
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data processes through automation or AI‑enabled improvements
  • Recommend system, process, and reporting enhancements to strengthen data‑driven decision‑making

Legacy Contract Data Readiness

  • Lead and support contract data initiatives focused on readiness for migration and transformation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver proof‑of‑concepts and data readiness activities
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on contract data models, abstraction standards, and delivery milestones

Contract Data Migrations

  • Support contract data mapping, transformation logic, and migration from multiple systems into a single CLM platform
  • Advise on migration strategy to enable downstream integrations and reporting
  • Oversee data cleansing, enrichment, and validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of migrated metadata
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, assess upstream/downstream impacts, and document processes

Contract Data Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop, track, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for business and operational performance
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to deliver actionable insights
  • Conduct ad‑hoc analysis and present clear, data‑driven recommendations to stakeholders
  • Standardize reporting and ensure accuracy across business units

Process Rollout & Stakeholder Enablement

  • Partner with business users, leadership, and technical teams to align data initiatives with organizational goals
  • Clearly communicate insights and findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Support training, adoption, and change management for new data tools, reporting solutions, and governance practices

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years working directly with contract and/or financial data
  • Direct experience with contract management activities and CLM systems (Conga CLM or similar strongly preferred)
  • Experience supporting data governance, data management, and analytics initiatives
  • Strong data analysis skills, including use of AI‑enabled tools where applicable
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL
  • Experience defining data models and authoring data dictionaries (preferred)
  • Hands‑on experience with data migration projects and transformation efforts
  • Knowledge of end‑to‑end Quote‑to‑Cash processes
  • Experience in B2B sales, procurement, or contract technology environments
  • Strong ownership mindset with ability to build end‑to‑end data processes
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem‑solving, and documentation skills
  • Ability to drive change in a complex, global matrix organization
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to complex data environments
  • Experience working effectively with globally distributed teams and time zones
  • Project management experience; familiarity with Jira preferred

Our Compensation Philosophy

Digital Realty offers competitive compensation and benefits designed to reward performance, recognize contributions, and align with company values and objectives.

Compensation Range

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 – $140,000.
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity, and may include eligibility for bonus and benefits consistent with Digital Realty’s compensation philosophy.
