This individual will operate at the intersection of on-demand logistics, carrier optimization, and customer experience, driving scalable, high-performance delivery solutions across an expanding network of fulfillment centers. This role sits at the intersection of on-demand logistics and e-commerce strategy. You're designing what fast delivery looks like for trade professionals, not managing a traditional freight operation. You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end on-demand delivery program, including company drivers, DoorDash, Roadie, and emerging aggregator partners, overseeing onboarding, performance management, cost optimization, and SLA achievement. This remote position is open to individuals who live in, or are open to relocating to, the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington. About 35% of the year, this role will entail traveling to our on-site fulfillment/office locations. The cost of travel for employees out of the area will be covered by the company.
