You’ll build a new channel, optimize sales performance, and manage key marketplace relationships while driving operational excellence to scale the business. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, identifying new product opportunities, optimizing listings and promotions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experience. You'll also manage and grow Staples’ Marketplace account, troubleshoot seller performance issues, and develop account-specific growth plans. Leveraging data insights, you will drive process improvements, conduct competitive analysis, and adjust pricing strategies to ensure Staples remains ahead in a dynamic market.
