This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we are focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology. The Senior Manager, On ‑ Market Collateral & Marketing Optimization is a marketing leader responsible for the oversight, optimization, and performance management of on ‑ market marketing collateral for consumer and HCP teams . This role owns the end ‑ to ‑ end plan for ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of active marketing assets across channels and customer touchpoints. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this role partners with key stakeholders across Marketing, Sales Operations , PMO, and MLR to ensure live marketing assets are continuously optimized to drive business outcomes, elevate customer experience, and support enterprise priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Set the process for on ‑ market collateral optimization, ensuring alignment with brand, go ‑ to ‑ market priorities, and business objectives
  • Serve as the senior point of accountability for performance, relevance, and quality of active marketing assets
  • Manage updates to on-market materials relating to product improvement initiatives ( e.g. labeling updates , product certifications, etc.)
  • Ensure rapid and effective response to market, product, regulatory, or business changes
  • In collaboration with Marketing Operations team, partner on governance and lifecycle management for all active collateral, including updates, refreshes, rationalization, and retirements
  • Establish standards for content accuracy, compliance, brand consistency, and customer relevance at scale
  • Lead analysis of on ‑ market asset performance across consumer and HCP channels
  • Translate insights into prioritized optimization initiatives with measurable impact on engagement, conversion, and revenue enablement
  • Champion testing, experimentation, and continuous improvement frameworks
  • Define metrics, dashboards, and reporting structures to track performance and operational health
  • Foster a culture of data ‑ driven decision making and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • 8 years of experience in marketing roles, including marketing operations, and/ or insights and analytics roles

Nice-to-haves

  • 10-12 years of experience in marketing preferred
  • Experience in heath care, with medical devices industry background preferred
  • Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive outcomes across complex organizations
  • Proven track record of using data and insights to recommend marketing performance improvements
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication skills, and executive presence
