SWAT - no backup is needed.</p><p><br>We are looking for:<br><b>Senior Manager | Sales Technology PwC  - Oil & Gas, Energy</b></p><h2><br><span class="emphasis">Your future role:   </span> </h2><ul><li>Leading Business Development activities around One Firm PWC Technology transformation services in cooperation with other PwC tech and non-tech teams across the firm,  </li><li>Managing pipeline and business delivery backlog, focusing on technology and Poland - <b>Oil & Gas, Energy</b>, </li><li>Leading sales strategy, negotiations, and the end-to-end sales process - shaping opportunities, owning proposals/RFPs and deal structuring; managing pipeline/forecast, driving timely closes, and ensuring smooth handover to delivery and post‑sale growth,  </li><li>Expected experience in services sales, or other IT/technology solutions within the <b>Oil & Gas or Energy sector</b>,</li><li>Cooperating with Technology Partners and alliances (Microsoft, Oracle, Google, AWS), coordinating day to day communication with the vendors to generate joint business,  </li><li>Collaborating with business development and marketing teams to develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients,    </li><li>Collaboration with other PwC Line of Services to generate joint, consistent pipeline,  </li><li>Own the client relationship end-to-end - from early discovery through execution (delivery) - acting as the single point of contact and driving a high-satisfaction journey by maintaining top-tier satisfaction across the entire engagement,  </li><li>Jointly lead a strategic platform as part of SWAT (e.g., EPB, CFO Compass, Technology Platform), co-owning the sales pipeline and account strategy - targeting, prioritizing, and shaping client engagements that scale,  </li><li>Co-own the PwC technology agenda for PwC Priority Clients, aligning strategy, roadmap, and investments to clear business outcomes across the account,  </li><li>Proactively identify client needs and design creative, non-standard solutions that deliver measurable business value.</li></ul><h2><br><span class="emphasis">Apply if you have:     </span> </h2><ul><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting, management and business development,  </li><li>Expertise in leading negotiations with clients to finalize contracts and agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and align with the firm's strategic goals,  </li><li>Proactively sought new business opportunities by understanding market trends and client needs related to cloud services,    </li><li>Presentations and pitches customization skills to align with the specific business and technical requirements of each client,    </li><li>Strong understanding of digital technologies (eg.
