This is a player-coach role responsible for leading the US recruiting team while personally owning a portfolio of high-impact, revenue-generating requisitions. The role partners closely with GTM and People leaders to translate business strategies into hiring plans, with a primary focus on Sales and other GTM roles across all levels. </span></p><p></p><p><span>This leader will build and execute hiring strategies, develop scalable recruiting programs, and strengthen Rocket’s ability to attract and assess top talent. The Senior Manager will play a critical role in driving Rocket’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across the US by shaping the candidate narrative and elevating the overall recruiting experience. </span></p><p></p><p><span>The ideal candidate is an expert sourcer, highly analytical, comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to leaders, and confident leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, quality, and stakeholder experience. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both team leadership and direct recruiting ownership. </span></p><p></p><p><span><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></span></p><p></p><p></p><ul><li><span>Lead the US Recruiting team, including hiring, onboarding, goal setting, performance management, coaching, development planning, and workload balancing. </span></li></ul><p></p><ul><li><span>Operate as a player-coach, leading the team while personally owning a portfolio of high-impact, revenue-generating requisitions. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Build a high-performing, customer-focused team culture across a distributed environment. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Own end-to-end recruiting delivery across a core set of GTM requisitions </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Partner with Sales and GTM leaders to define position requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview plans. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Provide consultative guidance on market conditions, talent availability, and hiring process improvements. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Develop and implement scalable hiring strategies and recruiting programs for priority GTM segments, including pipeline initiatives, sourcing strategies, referral campaigns, and talent communities. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Drive Rocket’s EVP across the US by shaping the candidate narrative and elevating key recruiting touchpoints. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Lead by example as an advanced sourcer, using talent mapping, targeted outreach, and competitive intelligence to build proactive pipelines for critical and recurring roles. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Use data and dashboards to monitor recruiting effectiveness, including speed, quality, funnel conversion, and pipeline health, and translate insights into actionable improvements. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Leverage and drive adoption of AI-enabled recruiting tools and automation to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality across the recruiting lifecycle. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Establish operating rhythms and deliver executive-ready reporting that highlights progress, risks, and recommended actions. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Build and deliver executive-level updates using data-driven insights and clear <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word;
