Job Title: Senior Precision Manufacturing Technical Consultant (Remote)

Work Mode: 100% Remote, Flexible Hours; Full-time/Part-time/Project-based available

Salary: $110K–$160K/Year (Full-time); $90–$140/Hour (Consultant)

【Job Responsibilities】

  1. Design for Manufacturability (DFM) review to proactively mitigate process risks.
  2. Process planning, optimization, and review, especially for complex precision parts/multi-axis CNC/special processes.
  3. Supplier technical capability assessment, process auditing, and problem-solving.
  4. Establishing/updating internal process standards, operating procedures, and inspection criteria.
  5. Mentoring young engineers, passing on experience and best practices.
【What We Want From You】 ✅ 28–40 years of frontline experience in precision manufacturing and technical management.

✅ Proficient in at least 1–2 areas: CNC machining, precision molds, special materials, heat treatment, surface treatment, and quality systems.

✅ Familiar with standards such as ISO9001, AS9100, and IATF16949, with experience in auditing/building such systems.

✅ Has led the entire process from R&D to mass production, resolving batch/difficult quality issues.

✅ Familiar with remote collaboration and able to communicate clearly using drawings/3D models/email.

Senior experts over 55 years old are welcome; we prioritize long-term experience and professional judgment.
