We’re looking for a <strong>Senior Operations Account Manager</strong> to serve as the key link between our operations and customers—driving performance, managing relationships, and influencing profitability in a fast-paced logistics environment.</p> <p>This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally, lead pricing and commercial discussions, and play a direct role in delivering operational success.</p> <hr> <p><strong>Why This Role Is For You</strong></p> <ul> <li>High visibility with direct impact on customer success and business performance</li> <li>Opportunity to influence pricing, strategy, and growth initiatives</li> <li>Collaborative environment across operations, engineering, and leadership teams</li> </ul> <hr> <p>If you thrive in a data-driven, relationship-focused role and want to make a real impact in supply chain operations—this is your opportunity.</p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About the Role</b></h2> </div><div><p><strong>How you will contribute </strong><br> • Serve as the front-line point of contact representing syncreon in daily customer account management matters.<br> • Build strong trusted relationships with customer representatives from ops, engineering, quality, procurement, and others. <br> • Support the Account Director in preparation of pricing, cost estimates, proposals and all commercial related documents as part of the quotation response package.<br> • Understand the details and able to defend pricing to syncreon internal staff and customers;<br> • Conduct regular analysis of pricing, cost and profitability through the pricing file for the requisite customer sites globally.<br> • Analyze data and spreadsheets as pricing updates require a detailed analysis of each part number and an extensive comparative exercise to ensure consistency.<br> • Communicates changes to the appropriate team and ensures timely implementation of the new pricing and any new scope.<br> • Forecast and track key account metrics and clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly/yearly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.<br> • Understand market needs and works with Account Director to explore opportunities over and above current service portfolio.<br> • Identify all new topics or activities which are not properly covered by existing contracts and agreements.<br> • Raise Change Request Forms (CRF), pushes for approval and keeps up to date tracking of all CRFs history.<br> • Support preparation of presentations for weekly and monthly business reviews and present commercial topics during reviews.<br> • Monitor important contractual KPIs and reports on a regular basis.<br> • Support preparation of customer MBR/QBR/SBRs as required.<br> • Other duties as assigned.</p> <p><br> <strong>Your Key Qualifications </strong><br> • Technical or commercial related credentials from a University/College or work related equivalent experience.<br> • Demonstrated experience in Account Management, including the use of pricing templates, cost databases, and other supporting tools.<br> • Excellent knowledge of logistics, manufacturing and/or repair services, especially in the technology sector.   <br> • A good understanding of production and logistics processes and their costs.<br> • Effective interpersonal skills, with both orally and written communications proficiency.<br> • Ability to empathize and understand client viewpoint (read what is on his mind) and requirements and act as their champion within syncreons internal organization<br> • Ability to interpret data and derive solid conclusions from analysis.<br> • Ability to create structure and organization within a fast-moving environment.<br> • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point.<br> • Understanding of Business ethics and culture.</p> </div></div></div><p style="margin-bottom:8.0px;text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><b>Compensation</b></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:8.0px;text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">DP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
