Position Summary

Samsung SDS America is looking for Senior Presales Solution Consultant for driving Zero Touch Mobility (ZTM) product to the US market. This role is a strategic, customer-facing lead responsible for designing, validating, and operationalizing enterprise-scale mobility lifecycle solutions that are commercially viable, technically sound, and execution-ready.

This role serves as a trusted advisor to customers, assessing current-state mobility and device management processes, aligning them to industry best practices, and translating optimized workflows into our Zero Touch Mobility for ServiceNow solution.

The Presales Solution Consultant partners closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Delivery teams to accelerate revenue growth, improve deal quality, and ensure consistent, high-quality transitions from presales to implementation.

This is a 100% remote US-based role.

Key Objectives

  • Drive revenue acceleration through advanced solution leadership.
  • Assess alignment between customer needs and solution value and validate business opportunities
  • Ensure early and sustained alignment between customer processes, ZTM capabilities, and delivery execution.
  • Elevate customer confidence through executive-level discovery and solution validation.
  • Establish standardized solutioning methodologies and governance.
  • Act as a senior technical and process authority within the ZTM organization.

Core Responsibilities

Opportunity Qualification & Strategic Validation

  • Lead opportunity qualification in partnership with Sales leadership.
  • Validate strategic alignment, business drivers, and enterprise readiness.
  • Identify and engage executive sponsors and decision-makers.
  • Assess technical, operational, and commercial feasibility.
  • Influence pursuit strategy and investment decisions.

Discovery, Process Consulting & Solution Architecture

  • Lead executive-level and operational discovery workshops.
  • Document and analyze current-state (“as-is”) workflows and ecosystems.
  • Evaluate customer processes against ZTM and industry best practices.
  • Identify inefficiencies, governance gaps, and compliance risks.
  • Advise customers on process redesign and transformation.
  • Define optimized future-state (“to-be”) process models.
  • Translate approved processes into ZTM orchestration and automation workflows.
  • Validate end-to-end feasibility, scalability, and governance.
  • Develop enterprise implementation and rollout strategies.
  • Assess if solution fits customers problem. Can assess the gap and articulate if the opportunity is viable.
  • If opportunity requires customization, is able to work with the delivery team to assess the scope and cost.

Proof of Concept / Proof of Value Leadership

  • Determine strategic use of POCs/POVs to maximize win probability.
  • Lead complex validation programs and technical pilots.
  • Ensure demonstration of measurable financial and operational impact.
  • Engage product and delivery leadership in validation activities.
  • Institutionalize successful validation approaches.
  • Is capable to perform minor configuration of the product to showcase capabilities to customers

Proposal Leadership & Commercial Alignment

  • Own end-to-end solution proposal development in association with Sales personnel.
  • Align pricing, cost models, and margin targets with Finance.
  • Define delivery scope, governance, and resourcing models.
  • Produce executive-ready solution documentation, including:
  • Solutioning Reports
  • Business Value Assessments
  • Architecture Summaries
  • Guide deal positioning and negotiation support.

Sales Enablement & Practice Leadership

  • Serve as a senior technical authority for ZTM sales engagements.
  • Establish standardized templates and frameworks.
  • Contribute to solution governance and best-practice development.
  • Support design and validation of the demo and POV environment for each product release

Presales-to-Delivery Governance

  • Lead structured handover and transition governance.
  • Ensure integrity between proposed and delivered solutions.
  • Support delivery escalation and optimization efforts.
  • Drive continuous improvement across presales and delivery interfaces.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise consulting, or presales leadership roles.
  • High degree of proficiency in delivering customer-facing presentations and demonstrations, with the ability to build strong rapport and credibility with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to assess, redesign, and operationalize business processes.
  • Strong background in enterprise workflow, orchestration, or service management platforms.
  • Experience in enterprise mobility, MMS, SaaS, or IT Asset Management environments.
  • Track record of influencing large, strategic deals.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US for any employer without restrictions.
  • Must be based in continental US.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Consulting or professional services leadership background.
  • Experience supporting Fortune 1000, public sector, or regulated industries.
  • Exposure to value engineering, ROI modeling, and business case development.
  • Experience mentoring technical, sales, or consulting teams.
