<h2>Overview</h2> <p>As Sr. Product Manager, you will act as a Screening expert who identifies product opportunities and enhancements based on client needs. The Sr. Product Manager bridges the gap between technical teams and business goals, combining technical expertise and product management skills to oversee products with significant technical complexity, from initial concept to final release. Utilizing a strong technical background, the Sr. Product Manager articulates end-user needs in the form of product requirements often tied to API’s and integration points with other RealPage solutions. The Sr. Product Manager must be able to communicate with architects, engineering, development, infrastructure, and networking teams to define product release requirements and test cases.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Ensure that technical solutions meet business needs and user requirements. Drive innovation by understanding technical constraints and opportunities.</li> <li>Build and maintain the Product Roadmap at N+3 backlog status at all times with clearly articulated and prioritized technical product requirements/user stories.</li> <li>Interact directly with end-user clients to understand and translate their business needs.</li> <li>Represent RealPage as a Subject Matter Expert on competitive analysis and technical challenges within the Background Screening industry.</li> <li>Assess and address technical risks. Understand and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems to identify and deliver improved capabilities.</li> <li>Use database queries to analyze performance indicators, evaluate data trends, and identify areas for improvement.</li> <li>Explore new ways of improving existing services and products as a way of increasing profitability.</li> <li>Provide product training, research documentation, and training material to sales & support teams to enable them to successfully sell and deliver the product.</li> <li>Coordinate product releases with the marketing, sales, development, support, and customer success teams.</li> <li>Represent RealPage, internally and externally, in a positive and professional manner</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years experience at a software technology or SaaS company, preferably with a technical background</li> <li>Experience with the following products/platforms: </li> <ul> <li>Product Management tools such as Azure TFS, Jira</li> <li>Infrastructure and Integrations</li> <li>Full stack software development</li> <li>SQL</li> <li>CoPilot</li> <li>Claude</li> </ul> <li>Understanding of engineering processes and technologies.
