  • Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver scalable, user-centric features and workflows that reduce friction and accelerate customer value.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that span product, GTM, and customer success to ensure PLG is embedded across the organization.
  • Design and execute experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, funnel optimization, cohort analysis) to continuously improve onboarding, usage, and expansion.
  • Build and refine automation-driven solutions that enable seamless customer self-service and long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align growth initiatives with company vision, revenue strategy, and customer outcomes.

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior PM or leadership role.
  • Proven success in product-led growth environments, with direct ownership of adoption, activation, and engagement metrics.
  • Experience leading teams in mature product organizations—balancing strategy, execution, and scaling initiatives across functions.
  • Strong track record of execution, with the ability to move from strategy to shipped product effectively and efficiently.
