Proof of citizenship status will be required at time of hire.”</i></b></p><p></p><p>The Senior Product Owner – Healthcare Navigation is responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver user-centered healthcare navigation solutions. This role focuses on developing scalable, intuitive digital and human-delivered products that improve member experiences and outcomes. It requires strong expertise in product management, backlog ownership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.</p><h3></h3><p></p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Collaborating with Product Leadership to align product strategy, roadmap priorities, and execution objectives.</li><li>Translating strategic initiatives into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria for development teams.</li><li>Maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog to align with business goals and stakeholder feedback.</li><li>Participating in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, to support team delivery.</li><li>Clarifying business rules, workflows, and edge cases to ensure high-quality product development.</li><li>Partnering with QA teams to ensure test cases align with requirements and validate acceptance criteria.</li><li>Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure shared understanding of goals and requirements.</li><li>Supporting enhancements to healthcare navigation solutions by integrating digital tools with human-supported services.</li><li>Tracking sprint progress, delivery outcomes, and incorporating user feedback into backlog updates.</li><li>Contributing to continuous improvement efforts within Agile processes and team workflows.</li></ul><p></p><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Demonstrating 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles.</li><li>Possessing 3+ years of experience in healthcare, benefits, or digital health product development.</li><li>Building or supporting healthcare navigation, care coordination, or benefits navigation platforms.</li><li>Delivering user-centered digital products that enhance member and client experiences.</li><li>Supporting Agile development teams through backlog management, sprint planning, and ceremonies.</li><li>Writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for product development teams.</li><li>Utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex requirements.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Alight requires all virtual interviews to be conducted on video.</b></p><p></p><p><b>Flexible Working </b></p><p>So that you can be your best at work and home, we consider flexible working arrangements wherever possible.  Alight has been a leader in the flexible workspace and “Top 100 Company for Remote Jobs” 5 years in a row.</p><p></p><p><b>Benefits</b></p><p>We offer programs and plans for a healthy mind, body, wallet and life because it’s important our benefits care for the whole person.
