The Senior Project Manager plays a pivotal role in helping to deliver digital strategy, technology, digital media and analytics solutions. The position requires the ability to simultaneously lead multiple projects and mentor other Project Managers. It also requires a general technical background, strong business knowledge, and very strong project management skills. Excellent communication skills are essential, as this person will routinely interact with team members and external clients across in-person, remote, and hybrid environments. The Senior Project Manager should also have a passion to help improve processes and technology within the organization. The work is varied and challenging — you must enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities include: </b></p><ul><li>Collaborating with delivery leads and leading client communications with confidence and clarity</li><li>Managing and coordinating integrated project plans to help clients achieve their strategic objectives; adapting and applying the Merkle delivery approach to meet project success metrics</li><li>Establishing and maintaining consistent, high-quality project communication with all stakeholders, leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve status reporting and risk visibility</li><li>Overseeing project estimations and the development of project deliverables; establishing and maintaining processes to manage scope throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>Championing project management best practices — including Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks — across the organization</li><li>Establishing standard reports for project teams and clients</li><li>Providing an infrastructure of constant health performance monitoring</li><li>Ensuring repeatable processes are in place and documented</li><li>Working with the Delivery Lead, Client Services and Executive Sponsor to ensure consistent, customer-focused delivery</li><li>Serving as lead project manager on enterprise client engagements</li><li>Ensuring the team is meeting established timelines and goals</li><li>Systematically tracking project tasks and risks, and proactively resolving roadblocks before they impact successful delivery</li><li>Providing accurate time and resourcing forecasting for existing and upcoming engagements</li></ul><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS </b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree with 5- 7+ years' experience in digital media, marketing, or analytics in a project management role</li><li>Experience delivering digital media, technology and analytics projects within an agency environment</li><li>Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), and Workfront considered a strong asset</li><li>Familiarity with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies</li><li>Ability to prioritize project deliverables and incident handling across the organization</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and lead distributed or hybrid teams while meeting deadlines</li><li>Strong data literacy and comfort leveraging analytics and reporting tools to drive project decisions</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>We are a fast-growing, leading marketing company with offices in the U.S. and Canada. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
