All of our roles are full-time and 100% remote, cutting out the daily commute, and providing top-rated talent with the best job opportunities, all from the comfort of their home.</p><p><br><strong>About the role</strong><br><span>As a <strong>Senior Recruiter</strong>, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting through to offer stage. We have a robust process to ensure all candidates endorsed to clients are of extremely high-calibre, so expertise in identifying and matching top talent to the right opportunities is crucial.</span></p><p><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Create compelling job descriptions and post them on the ATS, job boards, and work-from-home groups across various platforms.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Conduct continuous and proactive sourcing to identify high-calibre candidates across various specialisations.</span></p></li><li><p>Screen candidates to assess their expertise, experience, and suitability for the role.</p></li><li><p>Review assessment results and progress qualified candidates to the initial interview stage.</p></li><li><p>Conduct initial and screening interviews to better understand each candidate’s experience and role alignment.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and book interview calls with candidates and relevant stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Conduct client interview preparation sessions to ensure shortlisted candidates are fully informed about the client and role expectations.</p></li><li><p>Carry out reference checks prior to hiring decisions.</p></li><li><p>Negotiate salary ranges where required.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates.</p></li><li><p>Conduct post-hiring check-in calls to support successful onboarding.</p></li><li><p>Maintain and clean up the job pipeline within the ATS to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.</p></li></ul><p><br><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Proven experience managing the full end-to-end recruitment process, with at least five years of experience as a recruiter.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>At least two years of experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Strong technical recruitment experience is required.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Experience recruiting within the LATAM and PH market is highly preferred.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Strong expertise in sourcing and attracting top-tier talent.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Open to receiving feedback and confident in providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Previous experience working in a headhunting or recruitment firm is highly regarded.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Highly driven, with a strong desire to deliver excellence.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Detail-oriented and highly organised, with strong time management skills.</span></p></li></ul>
