Our client is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Remote Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage their cleaning and sanitation operations. This is a fully remote role, offering the convenience of working from anywhere in Kenya, while supporting sites in and around **Machakos, Machakos, KE**. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with a particular focus on implementing and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive cleaning and sanitation protocols, managing a remote team of cleaning staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will be responsible for scheduling and overseeing routine maintenance, deep cleaning projects, and emergency cleaning responses. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, enabling you to effectively manage and motivate a distributed workforce. You will conduct remote inspections, monitor performance metrics, and implement quality control measures to ensure consistent service delivery.
