TIR is calculated from the effective date the employee moved into their current position.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Summary:</strong><br>The Senior Inside Sales Representative (ISR) sells targeted promotions, core distribution, seasons, and innovation via outbound phone calls to Convenience, Food, and Foodservice class of trade retailers using effective sales techniques while maintaining call volumes, talk time and sales quotas. ISRs are responsible for achieving sales objectives within their assigned territories and providing coverage across territories as needed. Product, promotional and marketing information is communicated to authorized retailers to generate sales, gain store placement, and fill distribution voids. ISRs sell and maintain compliance for annual loyalty contracts enrolling their customers at the targeted levels utilizing analytic tools and dashboards. ISR’s manage small chains and are responsible for annual planning to ensure all channel initiatives are met. Business relationships are built and maintained with customer KDMs. ISRs feedback is tracked for planning future promotions and in generating sales reports. </p> <p>ISRs provide peer ride-alongs in partnership with management and participate in training of newly hired employees and provide on-going sales coaching.
