<div><b>Your Team, Your Impact</b><br/><br/>The Site Health team conducts in-person, one-on-one listening sessions to ensure employees have a trusted channel to executive management. This role is responsible for planning and facilitating confidential discussions, identifying themes across feedback, and producing clear executive reporting while protecting anonymity and escalating legal or compliance concerns appropriately.<br/><br/><b>What You Can Expect</b><br/>• Plan and conduct on-site one-on-one listening sessions with employees across levels, functions, and geographies.<br/>• Build trust quickly and facilitate conversations in a neutral, non-leading manner; ask effective follow-up questions to clarify themes and root causes.<br/>• Maintain strict confidentiality and protect anonymity in all notes, summaries, and communications.<br/>• Identify themes, trends, and potential hotspots across multiple sessions; distinguish isolated feedback from consistent patterns.<br/>• Draft confidential, executive reports that summarize key themes and include de-identified verbatim comments.<br/>• Escalate significant legal, compliance, ethics, or safety matters via established channels, while balancing confidentiality requirements.<br/>• Partner with relevant stakeholders (e.g., BU executives, HR, Legal, Compliance, EHS, Security) as needed to ensure appropriate follow-up.<br/>• Manage session logistics end-to-end (scheduling, travel coordination inputs, intake tracking, and follow-up requests).<br/>• Continuously improve the listening-session approach and reporting templates based on feedback and outcomes.<br/><br/><b>What We're Looking For</b><br/>• Demonstrated experience conducting sensitive interviews, listening sessions, investigations, or employee/partner consultations.<br/>• Strong active-listening and facilitation skills, with the ability to remain calm, neutral, and professional in emotionally charged situations.<br/>• Excellent judgment and discretion; proven ability to handle confidential information.<br/>• Executive-level writing skills: concise, structured reporting with accurate context and careful wording.<br/>• Working knowledge of escalation boundaries (e.g., legal/compliance/ethics concerns) and how to route issues appropriately.<br/>• Strong stakeholder-management skills and comfort interacting with senior leaders.<br/>• Operational rigor: strong planning, organization, and follow-through; ability to manage multiple site visits and timelines.<br/>• Willingness and ability to travel to global sites as needed.<br/><br/><b>Expected Base Pay Range (USD)</b><br/>110,900 - 164,170, $ per annum<br/><br/>The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
