This isn't just a development role; it's a strategic position for an experienced and talented individual who will bridge the gap between web development and engineering, driving high-impact web experiences that directly fuel our user acquisition, activation, and retention goals. The Impact You Wil Make • Lead Web Innovation: Architect, build, and optimize critical web experiences in Webflow, focusing on large-scale functionalities and strategic optimizations. • Drive Growth: Design, launch, and iterate on high-velocity CRO experiments that significantly impact key business metrics. • Bridge & Elevate: Act as the crucial link between web and engineering, providing technical leadership, QA, and mentorship to junior developers. • Pioneer with AI: Integrate Engineering's AI tooling and APIs to enhance website functionality, automate workflows, and create dynamic content. • Ensure Excellence: Implement a robust web architecture, optimize for performance and SEO, and maintain clean, scalable Webflow structures. • Own & Analyze: Independently scope, execute, and analyze end-to-end web projects, turning data into actionable insights. About You • Proven Expertise: 7+ years of full-stack web development experience, with a robust portfolio showcasing advanced, growth-oriented Webflow projects. You are a recognized SME in Webflow and full stack development. • Growth-Driven Mindset: You're product- and growth-obsessed, with a proven track record of directly influencing user behavior and key business metrics through web initiatives. • Hybrid Talent: A unique blend of Growth Engineer and Web Developer, comfortable working across of web design, development, and engineering. • Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Webflow and custom front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection. • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 2-3 times a quarter and therefore is best situated in Western Time zones. Pay Range At Kajabi we believe the workplace should be equitable, inclusive, and inspiring for every employee. In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The position is also eligible for equity. Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
