SEO Specialist (Remote / Offshore)

We are looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven SEO professional who can help improve organic visibility, strengthen local SEO performance, and support patient acquisition growth across our markets. Remote SEO Specialist We are hiring a Full-Time Remote SEO Specialist to support SEO performance across multiple Diamond Braces locations. This is a hands-on operational SEO role focused on improving rankings, organic traffic, local search visibility, technical SEO health, and reporting accuracy. The right candidate must be comfortable working with data, identifying SEO issues quickly, following structured systems, and providing clear performance updates. This role works closely with leadership, developers, CRM teams, content teams, and marketing management to support visibility growth and patient acquisition. Essential Functions Monitor SEO performance across multiple locations. Track clicks, impressions, rankings, CTR, indexation, and keyword visibility. Identify traffic drops, ranking declines, and visibility issues quickly. Support recovery plans for underperforming locations and markets. Improve rankings for location-based and service-related keywords. Monitor local competitors and market-level visibility changes. Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, schema, service pages, and location pages. Monitor crawl and indexation issues. Coordinate SEO-related technical fixes with developers. Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports for leadership. Track top-performing pages, declining pages, keyword gains/losses, ranking changes, traffic trends, and recovery opportunities. Identify exact pages losing traffic, declining keyword groups, indexing problems, and SEO recovery opportunities. Maintain SEO dashboards, reporting systems, and tracking tools. Follow SEO SOPs, reporting deadlines, and structured workflows. Coordinate with developers, content teams, CRM teams, and marketing leadership as needed. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and accountability for measurable SEO performance. Qualifications Experience with multi-location SEO. Strong understanding of Google Search Console, GA4, local SEO, technical SEO fundamentals, and on-page SEO. Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, BrightLocal, and/or Looker Studio. Strong reporting and analytical skills. Strong English communication skills. Ability to follow structured systems, SOPs, and deadlines. Ability to diagnose SEO issues and execute quickly. Comfortable working remotely and independently. Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable with performance metrics. Ability to communicate SEO performance, risks, and opportunities clearly to leadership. Preferred: Experience working with developers on SEO fixes. Experience with HubSpot or CRM attribution systems. Experience preparing executive or leadership-level SEO reports.
