Advise clients on best practices for leveraging out-of-the-box (OOB) and custom AI solutions, including AI Skills, Topics, Conversations, AI Agents, and Agentic Workflows to improve operational efficiency and user experience. </p><p lang="en-us">Build stuff! Design, configure, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled solutions on the ServiceNow platform utilizing tools such as Now Assist, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Virtual Agent, Generative AI capabilities, and workflow orchestration frameworks. Support the creation of conversational experiences, automation logic, prompts, and AI-driven workflows aligned to business and operational objectives. </p><p lang="en-us">Influence! Define and guide technical and architectural approaches for AI-enabled ServiceNow implementations.
