ServiceNow Support Analyst – 12 Month FTC (Remote)

Support Analyst -12-Month FTC Location: Remote – UK, Portugal or Netherlands Contract: 12-month fixed term, full-time At Wrangu, we help organisations manage risk, privacy, cyber and digital governance through innovative technology and world‑class expertise. As a Support Analyst, you’ll play a key role supporting customers using our ServiceNow‑based applications (including PrivacyHub), as well as supporting our wider platform services. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on ServiceNow experience who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with customers, and wants to continue growing skills across IRM/GRC and SecOps. What you’ll do Customer & Platform Support • Be the first point of contact for customers using our ServiceNow apps (e.g. PrivacyHub) • Handle Level 1 & Level 2 support queries, triage and resolve tickets within SLAs • Debug issues and, where appropriate, apply JavaScript‑based fixes • Guide users on “how‑to” questions and best‑practice use of the platform • Attend customer meetings when required and ensure clear, friendly communication Remote Administration & Platform Operations • Carry out ServiceNow system admin activities across customer environments • Proactively monitor and maintain platform health, jobs and access • Escalate risks/issues and work with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Compliance & Re‑Certification • Coordinate PrivacyHub re‑certification activities • Maintain audit documentation and collaborate across product, compliance and engineering Learn & Grow • Build hands‑on experience across IRM/GRC and SecOps modules • Support enhancements, testing and improvements across the platform • Participate in agile ceremonies and knowledge‑sharing Internal Collaboration • Contribute to internal tooling, process improvement and knowledge management • Support internal systems where needed (light, occasional) What you’ll bring • ServiceNow CSA certification (required) • 1–2 years’ hands‑on ServiceNow support or admin experience • Ability to troubleshoot and script using JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting preferred) • Understanding of service delivery and working to SLAs • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills • Curious mindset with interest in IRM/GRC, and SecOps • Fluent English (extra languages welcome!)
