Shipping & Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Inventory Coordinator to support our inventory, fulfillment, and operational growth. This role is responsible for receiving, verifying, organizing, and shipping products using a strict dual-control process to ensure accuracy, accountability, and quality at every step.

In addition to core shipping and inventory responsibilities, this position will also assist with operational and administrative projects that support business growth, including basic computer-based work such as organizing product information, preparing promotional materials or offers, and assisting with internal business operations as needed. Shipping, receiving, and inventory management will remain the primary focus of the role.

This position requires a high level of attention to detail, accountability, teamwork, and the ability to follow structured procedures in a fast-paced small-business environment.

    Required Qualifications

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
    • At least 1 year of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory-related experience

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience with inventory tracking or order fulfillment systems
    • Familiarity with purchase orders and shipping documentation
    • Experience in supporting small-business operations or administrative tasks

    Schedule
    Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5 PM

    Shift times may vary based on business operational needs.

    Hours:

    This position guarantees a minimum of 32 hours per week and includes PTO accrual and 401(k) eligibility.

    Hiring Process:

    Interview process will include a skills-based assessment test. Assessment test will be sent out to eligible candidates via email (Please check spam folder). Candidates that demonstrate desired skills that are show by the results of the assessment test with then be invited for an in-person interview.

    Candidates must also provide a DMV-record.
