Upon successful completion of apprenticeship, must be willing to deploy OCONUS for typical 60 to 90-day rotations to support operations.  Note that exact deployment cadence will be determined on a case-by-case basis per contract requirements.</div> <div> </div> <div><b _msthash="877" _msttexthash="311012">Position Summary:</b></div> <div _msthash="878" _msttexthash="498974450">The Apprentice CONUS Site Lead will work closely with the Site Lead Manager, Flight Operations Team, Deployment Coordinator and additional functional areas to assist with establishing streamlined processes and procedures in preparation for OCONUS deployments. The CONUS Site Lead works with a multi-disciplinary team responsible for delivering essential operational support that enables safe, efficient, and successful UAS flight operations at overseas deployment sites. This role provides both strategic and day-to-day support in preparation for OCONUS deployments and mission support. The Site Lead fosters an environment where diverse perspectives are valued, and all team members can contribute effectively to mission success while upholding the highest standards of safety and integrity.
