Fostering healthier communities. <strong><br></strong></p><h4><span>Role Description:</span></h4><p><span>We are building a small, high-impact EU capability to strengthen how Clinisys supports complex healthcare informatics deals. This role supports EU sales execution by combining bid / RFP coordination with hands-on clinical and technical pre-sales contribution. It plays a key role in improving the quality, consistency and timeliness of tenders and customer engagements—helping ensure RFPs, RFIs and demonstrations are well-prepared, clinically credible and aligned to customer needs. Working closely with EU Sales Leads and senior colleagues, the role contributes to reducing hand-offs, strengthening language coverage (Dutch, German, English) and improving overall bid and demo readiness across the region.</span></p><h4><span>Responsibilities:</span></h4><ul><li><p><span>Support the mobilisation and coordination of EU RFI/RFP/SQT responses in partnership with Sales Leads—helping track requirements, timelines and submission readiness.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute to requirements analysis and compliance mapping, helping to identify gaps/risks and track actions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Draft and develop technical and clinical response content, working with SMEs to ensure accuracy and consistency.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist in shaping solution definitions for bids and early-stage engagements, including high-level architecture and integration approaches.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support the preparation and delivery of customer demonstrations, workshops and discovery sessions, adapting content to audience needs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Help maintain demo readiness, including supporting updates to demo environments, datasets and configurations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing feedback and supporting updates to demo and bid materials.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build and maintain reusable content assets (response libraries, demo scripts, supporting materials) to improve efficiency.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, escalating issues where appropriate to support delivery timelines.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist with pre-tender and early-stage submissions, providing structured technical input.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Use Microsoft 365 and Copilot tools to improve efficiency and quality of outputs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Travel across Europe as required (typically 20–40%).</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h3><span>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:</span></h3><ul><li><p><span>Good working knowledge of bid/proposal processes within complex B2B software environments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to support customer demos/workshops and explain clinical/technical concepts clearly.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong written communication skills with attention to detail in structured responses.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluent written and spoken English plus Dutch or German.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines with guidance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficiency in Microsoft 365; openness to using AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to work across diverse European customer environments.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h3>Required Experience and Education</h3><ul><li><p><span>Experience coordinating RFI/RFP responses and/or supporting complex commercial proposals in a Sales‑led environment, with evidence of improving response quality and meeting deadlines.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in a customer‑facing pre‑sales / solution consulting role within healthcare IT, diagnostics, pathology, life sciences or similarly regulated B2B software (or equivalent transferable experience).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrable experience running or supporting customer demos and workshops, turning requirements into a clear solution approach and written narrative.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Clinical/scientific/healthcare-related education is advantageous; equivalent professional experience is acceptable.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with EU procurement/tender environments and bid tooling (e.g., Loopio) is beneficial but not essential.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven experience molecular diagnostics, and/or genomic testing. Knowledge in anatomic pathology highly appreciated.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands on experience with NGS, molecular assays, digital pathology, or laboratory information systems (LIS) is highly desirable.</span><strong><em><br></em></strong></p></li></ul><p><em>This role requires a working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and the ability to leverage them to improve processes and outcomes.
